Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP for supply, installation, and support of Avigilon hardware and software, TSV-0-0-TLN-DW-EMTC =$2,500,000.00;

The Stepping Stones Group LLC for physical and occupational therapy services, OTS-0-0-SES-DE-ECTS =$450,000.00;

Gemino Healthcare FBO MJ Care for physical and occupational therapy services, OTS-0-0-SES-DE-ECTS = $300,000.00;

Drive USA, Inc. d/b/a Arcade Drivers School for a driver education program, DRD-0-0-DED-DW-ECTS =$630,904.00, CSV-00-DRV-RC-ECTS $120,000.00;
Fiscal Impact Statement: This item authorizes expenditures as indicated in the attachments.
Implementation and Assessment Plan Upon approval by the Board, the contracts will begin as indicated in the attachments.
Recommendation: The Administration recommends that the Board authorize the professional services contracts as set forth in the attachments to this item.
