Recommended for the Board's approval at this meeting is the following stand alone contract to waive Administrative Policy 3.09(9)(e) related to flexible spending accounts:
P&A Administrative Services, Inc. DBA P & A Group to Provide Administration of Health Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account for MPS Employees, DWC-0-0-EMB-DW-EDPC =$78,100.00.
