Background:
|
The purpose of this report is to provide an update on family and community engagement activities for the district. It will cover family events conducted for the 2021-22 school year by parent coordinators and key partnerships, such as the longstanding collaboration with My Very Own Library to promote literacy and reading at home.
The report will conclude with an overview of the District Advisory Council and effective tools used to communicate and keep families informed.
