Background:
The Office of Accountability and Efficiency is requesting a closed session in order to consider information received in accordance with Administrative Policy 6.35, Whistleblower Protections.

The closed session would be held pursuant to:

Wisconsin statutes 19.85(1)(c), which allows a governmental body to retire to executive session for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; and

Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(f), which allows a governmental body to retire to closed session in order to consider financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons...which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations
