Background:
In September 2020, the Milwaukee Board of School Directors directed the Office of Accountability and Efficiency to conduct an analysis of the diversity of Limited-Term Employment (LTE) contracts and contracted staff.

The attached report details the output of this work, including reviewing MPS LTE contract data, LTE job postings and applicants, an LTE survey, and contracted staffing services data.
